Cancellation Policy

Reschedules or cancellations of bookings must be done within 48 hours of booking. cancellation will incur a 25% cancellation fee and 10% reschedule fee if done at least 48 hours from the planned date. If cancelled within the 48 hour window, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged or 25% rescheduling fee.
